EDMUND ROBERTSON (Dundee)I beg to ask the Secretary of State for the Colonies whether, under the new Transvaal Constitution, it will be possible for the Legislative Assembly to pass a law, similar to the Australian Immigration Act, whereby working men belonging to the United Kingdom may be excluded from the Colony.
