MR. O'DOWD (Sligo, S.)

To ask the Under-Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether he will cause inquiries to be made through His Majesty's Consul-General in New York as to the cause of the delay in the distribution of the estate of the late Thomas Flynn, a native of Ireland, who died in Warwick, near Providence, Rhode Island, in February, 1902.
