HC Deb 30 March 1905 vol 143 c1697

To ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether any communications have passed between the Estates Commissioners and Lord Lansdowne relative to the reinstatement of his evicted tenants at Luggacurran, Queen's County; and, if so, whether he can state what is the result of those negotiations, and also the number of evicted tenants who remain unreinstated on the Luggacurran Estate of Lord Lansdowne.

(Answered by Mr. Walter Long.) An inspection of this estate is proceeding, and the inspector has been instructed to inquire and report as to the reinstatement of evicted tenants. I have no information as to the number of the latter.
