§ MR. MACVEAGH (Down, S.)I beg to ask the Secretary to the Treasury whether he can state whether any, and, if so, what obligations are imposed on the Lough Neagh Drainage Trustees with regard to the publication and audit of their accounts; and whether these obligations have been discharged.
§ MR. VICTOR CAVENDISHI am advised that there is no statutory obligation on the Lough Neagh Drainage Trustees to publish and audit their accounts. If the hon. Member will put down an unstarred Question I shall be glad to furnish him with information as to the Act under which the trustees were created.
