§ MR. WALTER LONGThe Master of the Rolls has, in the case of Vandeleur v. Glynn, judicially decided that the foreshore in this creek belongs to the plaintiff, Colonel Vandeleur. An appeal to the Court of Appeal against that decision is now pending, and until it has been decided the Question cannot be answered.
