§ MR. JOHN O'DONNELL (Mayo, S.)I beg to ask the Secretary to the Board of Trade whether, seeing that an Act of Parliament has been passed making March 17th a national holiday, which legalises the closing of banks and other public institutions in Ireland, he will consider the advisability of making an Order confining railway traffic in that country to the limits beyond which they do not go on Good Friday and Christmas Day in each year.
