§ MR.DELANY (Queen's County, Ossory)I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether the report of the inspector in the case of the Caldbeck Estate, Ballacolla, Queen's County, has yet been considered by the Estates Commissioners; and, if so, can he say what course they propose taking with respect to the distribution of the untenanted land, which comprises half the estate, and for which claims have 1537 been submitted on behalf of thirty-four small occupiers in the locality.
