HERBERT SAMUEL (Yorkshire, Cleveland)To ask the Secretary of State for the Colonies whether he has any information as to the arrest of the Owa of Ilesha, in the Lagos Colony, on the 19th instant, and his deportation to Benin by order of the Governor of Lagos; and, if so, whether he will state what were the reasons for this action.
