§ MR. WEIR (Ross and Cromarty)I beg to ask the Lord-Advocate, having regard to the fact that no medical inspector from the Local Government Board for Scotland has visited the Island of Lewis, and that, although the island contains a population of nearly 30,000, it has only been visited four times during the last five years by the medical officer of health for Ross and Cromarty, will he state the names of the districts visited by this officer.
