§ MR. ROCHEI beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether a portion of the Ballydonlon Estate, county Galway, purchased by the Estates Commissioners, is to be given to a Mr. Rothwell, petty sessions clerk of Ballinasloe, who was never a tenant on the estate and who does not live within miles of it, seeing that Mr. Rothwell is already in possession of more than one farm elsewhere.
