§ *COLONEL LEGGEI beg to ask the Secretary of State for War when it is proposed to issue new editions of the Royal Warrant for pay, appointment, promotion, and non-effective pay of the Army, and the Manual of Military Law.
§ MR. BROMLEY DAVENPORTThe new edition of the Pay Warrant will be available in May. The Manual of Military Law is under revision, and it is not possible at present to state a probable date for its publication.
