N.)I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether the O'Donnell property in Erris, county Mayo, has been purchased by the Congested Districts Board; and, if so, how many years purchase have been paid for it; and, if the property has not yet been purchased, will the Board, in any future negotiations they may have with the owner or with the solicitors to the mortgagees, with a view to purchase, have regard to the price paid for the adjoining estate, the O'Reilly Digby Estate, now in the hands of the Board.
