MR. O'KELLYI beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether any negotiations are proceeding between the Congested Districts Board and Mr. E. C. Walsh for the purchase of the Island of Inniskea, the property of that gentleman; and, if so, whether the Board will consent to buy unless the mainland portion of the property is included in the sale.
