§ MR. BUCHANANTo ask the Secretary of State for the Colonies what are the figures of revenue and expenditure of the Transvaal and Orange River Colony for the eight months ending 28th February, 1905, also the Intercolonial revenue and expenditure for the same period.
(Answered by Mr. Secretary Lyttelton.) The latest figures at my disposal are contained in my Answers to the hon. Member and to the hon. Member for Poplar on the 20th† and 21st‡ of February respectively. Figures up to the end of February will not be available for some time; but I am asking by telegram for figures to the end of January, which I expect are now ready.
