§ MR. MURPHY (Kerry, E.)To ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether the Estates Commissioners have received applications from Mrs. Johanna Bowler, Mr. Denis Healy, and Mr. Patrick Sullivan as evicted tenants on the McCartie Estate at Headfort, county Kerry; and if the Commissioners have done or propose to do anything in connection with the applications, as the sale of the estate is now proceeding.
(Answered, by Mr. Atkinson.) The Estates Commissioners have received applications from the persons named, whose claims will be inquired into and reported upon by the inspector when he visits the estate. A request to the Land Judge, under Section 7, has been issued in regard to this estate, but the particulars have not yet been furnished.
