WEIR (Ross and Cromarty)I beg to ask the Under-Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether he is aware that the publication of the Report on Egyptian State Railways by Lord Farrer, Major le Breton, and Mr. Bury in an abbreviated form has caused dissatisfaction in Egypt, and will he consider the expediency of recommending the Government of Egypt to publish the complete Report, so that the people may have an opportunity of making themselves fully acquainted with the labours of the Commission?
