§ MR. WEIRI beg to ask the Lord-Advocate whether any land has been secured in Ross-shire for the creation of crofter holdings since the issue of the last Report of the Congested Districts Board; and, if so, will he state the locality, acreage, and the number of new holdings created or to be created.
