HERBERT ROBERTS (Denbighshire, W. )I beg to ask the Secretary of State for War whether he will give the estimated cost per annum of the Indian troops which it is proposed to leave as a garrison in the interior of Somaliland; and whether all the charges incurred in the transport of these troops together with the current rates of pay, allowances for foreign service, and debits due to pension accounts arising out of their employment in Somaliland, will be borne by the British Treasury.
