§ DR. MACNAMARAI beg to ask the Prime Minister whether his attention has been called to a notice of Motion standing in the name of the hon. Member for the St. George's Division of the Tower Hamlets in reference to the Report of the Comptroller and Auditor-General on the wastage of supplies in South Africa and elsewhere, and to ask the right hon. Gentleman whether he will grant early facilities for the discussion of the Report and Motion.
