CHARLES DEVLINI beg to ask the Secretary to the Treasury if he will state the nature of the assurances and promises made to the deputation which some months ago waited upon the Board of Works to make representations on the subject of the lighting of the docks at Galway and the need for the loan of a dredger.
§ MR. VICTOR CAVENDISHNo promises nor assurances of any kind were given. The deputation was informed that the dredger was bespoken for the summer of 1905.
