§ MR. BRIGHT (Shropshire, Oswestry)I beg to ask the Postmaster-General whether he will take steps to give the rural postmen who start from the Oswestry Post Office the same rate of wage as those who deliver letters in the town.
LORD STANLEYI have already announced to the staff that rural postmen starting from towns will be given the same pay as the postmen in the towns, and the rural postmen at Oswestry will be dealt with on these lines.
