§ COLONEL WELBY (Taunton)To ask the Secretary of State for War whether, when a few years ago the old Army lists and muster rolls were transferred from the War Office to the Public Record Office, it was stipulated they should be available to all students under the rules in force there; if not, under what conditions they were handed over.
