MR. STEVENSON (Suffolk, Eye)

To ask the hon. Member for West Salford, as Church Estates Commissioner, if he will state the total administrative expenses (including legal expenses and fees to architects and surveyors) of the Ecclesiastical Commissioners for England in each of the financial years from 1890 to 1904, both inclusive, and the income of the Ecclesiastical Commissioners in each of the said years.
