§ MR. P. A. McHUGH (Leitrim, N.)I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether a memorial has been received by the Congested Districts Board praying for the assistance of that Board in lowering the water level of Lough Melvin; and, if so, has the Board considered the memorial and can he state what action the Board proposes to take in reference to it.
