§ MAJOR SEELY (Isle of Wight)To ask the Secretary to the Admiralty what are the names of the ships ordered to be built since 1887 which are now reckoned as non-effective; how these ships are to be dealt with immediately; and in what way are they ultimately to be disposed of.
