§ MR. GERALD BALFOURThere was a large reduction in the imports of wheat and flour from the United States into the United Kingdom in 1904 as compared with the previous year. The deficiency was mainly made up by increased imports from Australia, India, Argentine, and Russia. The imports from Canada, however, showed a decline.
