§ MR. BLACKI beg to ask the First Lord of the Treasury, in view of various points of general interest arising upon the Minute for the Training of Teachers in Scotland, whether he will afford an opportunity of discussing the terms of the Minute before it becomes operative.
§ MR. A. J. BALFOURI cannot promise to give facilities for discussing this question, but an opportunity will arise either on the Scotch Education Bill or on the Estimates before the Minute comes into operation.
