Resolutions reported from the Select Committee:

  1. 1. "That, in the case of the Mullingar, Kells, and Drogheda Railway, Petition for Bill, the Standing Orders ought to be dispensed with. That the parties be permitted to proceed with their Bill."
  2. 2. "That, in the case of the Liverpool Corporation Bill, Petition for Additional Provision, the Standing Orders ought to be dispensed with. That the parries be permitted to insert their additional Provision if the Committee on the Bill think fit."
  3. 3. "That, in the case of the Malvern Water, Petition for leave to deposit a Petition for a Bill, the Standing Orders ought to be dispensed with. That the parties be permitted to deposit their Petition for a Bill."
  4. 4. "That, in the case of the Great Northern (Ireland) and Midland Railways Bill, Petition for dispensing with Standing Order 128 in the case of the Petition of the 'Donegal County Council,' against the Bill, the said Standing Order ought to be dispensed with."
  5. 5. "That, in the case of the Hammersmith, City, and North East London Railway, Petition for Bill, the Standing Orders ought not to be dispensed with."
