HC Deb 07 March 1905 vol 142 c562
MR. FLYNN (Cork, N.)

To ask Mr. Attorney-General for Ireland whether he can say what was the date of the last sitting of the Land Commission Court (Assistant Commissioners) in Mill-street, county Cork; and whether, in view of the number of applications for fixing fair rents, an early sitting of the Land Commission will be arranged for in this district.

(Answered by Mr. Atkinson.) Between February and June, 1904. A list which will contain a considerable number of further cases from Millstreet district is being prepared, and will be taken up as soon as the present list containing cases from a portion of county Kerry is completed, but no definite date can yet be arranged for its commencement.
