§ MR. DELANY (Queen's County, Ossory)I beg to ask Mr. Attorney-General for Ireland whether he can state the total reduction which has taken place in the Royal Irish Constabulary since the passing of the Land Act, 1903, and the proportion of officers which has been included in such reduction.
