§ MR. WEIR (Ross and Cromarty)I beg to ask the President of the Local Government Board whether he has yet considered the expediency of issuing to parochial medical officers, sanitary inspectors, and inspectors of poor, leaflets containing the opinions of the Committee on Physical Deterioration relative to ventilation and the bringing up of young children, with a view to the dissemination of information on these subjects.
§ MR. WALTER LONGI have given consideration to the hon. Member's suggestion, but I have not at present seen my way to adopt it.
§ MR. WALTER LONGYes; and I gave the same reason. The adoption of 577 such steps must be dependent on the advice I receive from my officers.
