MCHUGHI beg to ask Mr. Attorney-General for Ireland whether he is aware that promotion on the pension establishment has been denied to Irish national teachers for the past five years owing to the abolition of classification and the introduction of grading; and, if so, whether he will make provision in the pension rules to meet the new arrangements.
