MR. SWIFT MAGNEILLOn behalf of the hon. Member for East Mayo, I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland when he will lay upon the Table the observations of the Commissioners of National Education in Ireland on Mr. Dale's Report.
§ MR. ATKINSONThe general purport of the observations of the Commissioners on the Report made by Mr. Dale is embodied in their Annual Report, recently presented to Parliament. It is not proposed to lay on the Table of the House any further official communications from the Commissioners in the mutter.
