REGINALD LUCAS (Portsmouth)To ask the Secretary to the Admiralty whether the average period of reaching each rank in the Medical, Paymasters, and Engineer branches of the Royal Navy has been assimilated to that of the Executive branch; and, if so, whether it is proposed to make any alteration in the relative rank of Marine officers now serving when they are embarked.
