§ MR. WILLIAM ABRAHAM (Cork County, N. E.)To ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland if he will state the number of labourers' cottages built and in course of construction in the rural districts of Fermoy, Mallow, and Mitchelstown, respectively, the amount of loans sanctioned and the 646 rate per pound required to raise the-amount of the annual instalments in repayment of loans in each rural district.
