HC Deb 29 June 1905 vol 148 c537
MR. T. W. RUSSELL (Tyrone, S.)

To ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether it is intended to replace the provisional rule's of the Irish Land Commission of the 4th December, 1903, by rules of a final and complete character; and, if so, at what date will such latter rules be published.

(Answered by Mr. Walter Long.) It is intended to replace the provisional rules of the 4th December by rules of a final and complete character, in which will be embodied all rules incorporated in the provisional rules. Owing to pressure of work of a judicial and administrative nature the Commissioners have not as yet been able to complete the new code of rules, but hope to do so by an early date.
