MR. HERBERT ROBERTS (Denbighshire, W.)To ask Mr. Chancellor of the Exchequer when he proposes to introduce the Bill embodying the recommendations of the Departmental Committee on Industrial Alcohol; and whether he will state whether it is the intention of the Government to pass the Bill into law during this session.
