To ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether he "will supply a Return of the districts or schools in county Kerry where the Board of National Education would be prepared to sanction the introduction of the bilingual education scheme, a programme for which has been lately issued by the Board.

(Answered by Mr. Walter Long.) The Commissioners cannot undertake to furnish such a Return. Applications for sanction of the bilingual programme from managers of national schools will be acceded to in all cases which the Commissioners deem suitable.
