HC Deb 26 June 1905 vol 148 cc56-7
MR. GIBSON BOWLES (Lynn Regis)

To ask the First Lord of the Treasury whether he can now say what arrangement he proposes to make in order to carry out the undertaking given on April 17th to give either one of the days allotted to Supply, if the House agrees, or otherwise a Friday or an Evening Sitting, for the consideration by the House of the Public Accounts Committee's Report, and its decision thereon.

(Answered by Mr. A. J. Balfour.) In the hon. Member's absence I regret not having furnished him with an Answer to this Question which was starred and addressed to me on Thursday. In the present condition of public business I fear I cannot give a definite reply; but if the Question can be repeated towards the end of next week I hope I shall then be able to fix a day for the discussion.
