DELANY (Queen's County, Ossory)I beg to ask the Financial Secretary to the War Office whether he can state if the contract for the supply of bread to the troops at Holywood and Ballykinlar camps, county Down, were in both cases given to firms making the lowest tender; and whether in either case any complaints have been made as to the quality supplied; and, if so, what action has been taken.
