§ MR. LOUIS SINCLAIR (Essex, Romford)To ask the First Lord of the Treasury whether he can now state the day on which he proposes to introduce the proposals, referred to in His Majesty's Speech from the Throne, for diminishing the anomalies in the present arrangement of electoral areas.
