HC Deb 07 June 1905 vol 147 c929
SIR JOHN TUKE (Edinburgh and St. Andrews' Universities)

To ask the Secretary to the Treasury if he will state the present constitution of the Meteorological Office; what is its relation to the Royal Society; and how far the recommendations of the Treasury Committee on the Meteorological Grant have been acted on.

(Answered by Mr. Victor Cavendish.) I am about to lay a Treasury Minute upon the Table of the House which deals with the present constitution of the Meteorological Office, and this, I think, will afford my hon. friend the information he desires.
