§ MR. WALTER LONGMr. Browne holds a senior certificate from the London Chamber of Commerce, and also a first class certificate from the Society of Arts.
§ MR. MACVEAGHThe other day the right hon. Gentleman said Mr. Browne held the certificate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants. Now it appears he does not.
