HC Deb 07 June 1905 vol 147 c940
MR. BOLAND

To ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether he can state on what grounds the fishery branch of the Department of Agriculture differed from the decision of the local magistrates at Coolmagort Petty Sessions in the matter of the reduction of fines imposed on John O'Donoghue and J. Sullivan; and can he say why the unanimous decision of the local magistrates has been overruled.

(Answered by Mr. Walter Long.) I must, I in accordance with the invariable practice, decline to give the information asked for.
