WEIRTo ask the Lord-Advocate whether the Secretary for Scotland has yet considered the expediency of issuing to parochial medical officers, sanitary inspectors, and inspectors of poor, leaflets containing the opinions of the Committee on Physical Deterioration relative to ventilation and the bringing up of young children, with a view to the dissemination of information on these subjects.
(Answered by Mr. Scott Dickson.) The Local Government Board are taking steps to ascertain how far it is practicable to issue leaflets on the lines suggested by the hon. Member.
