MACVEAGHI beg to ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether he can state the total number of complaints made to the police in Bristol last year as to offences against the person, offences against property, malicious injuries, forgery, and all other offences; how many prosecutions took place in Courts of summary jurisdiction and in Higher Courts; and how many convictions were obtained.
