VINCENT KENNEDYI beg to ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether he can state the total number of cases of rape, attempted rape, indecent assault, violation of girls under thirteen years of age, defilement, desertion of children, concealment of birth, procuring or attempting to procure abortion, abduction, unnatural crime, and bestiality, reported to the police in England during the past twelve months; in how many cases did prosecutions follow; and how many convictions were obtained.
