§ MR. WALTER LONGIt is not proposed to introduce legislation of the character suggested.
§ MR. FLYNNIs it the intention of the Government to allow this alarming state of things to continue? Will the right hon. Gentleman not promise legislation early next session in order to do away with these anomalies?
§ MR. WALTER LONGI think I had better make no promise of legislation for next session.
