§ MR. TREVELYANI beg to ask the President of the Local Government Board whether he can give the number of the convictions under Sections 1 and 6. respectively, of The Motor-Car Act, 1903, and the number of occasions on which the sentences have been imprisonment or a fine exceeding £10.
§ MR. GERALD BALFOURWith regard to the number of convictions under Section 1 of the Act, I may refer to the Answer I gave yesterday † to a Question put to me by the hon. Member for the Barnstaple Division. I have no information as to the number of convictions under Section 6.
