§ MR. TULLY (Leitrim, S.)To ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether the Estates Commissioners can explain the delay in issuing orders to the tenant purchasers on the King-Harman Estate, seeing that the negotiations as to the terms between the tenants and vendor were concluded in November, 1903; and if he can state definitely when the vesting orders will be issued.
